AVITA ry meetings
The association’s affairs are decided at the spring and autumn meetings
The association holds two ordinary meetings a year.
The Spring Meeting presents the financial statements, the annual report and the auditor’s opinion, and decides on the adoption of the financial statements and the discharge of the Board of Directors and other responsible persons.
The autumn meeting is also a so-called election meeting, where new members are elected to the Board of Directors to replace retiring Board members. The meeting also approves the action plan, the income and expenditure budget and the amounts of the membership and subscription fees for the next calendar year.
Official invitations to the spring and autumn meetings are sent to members by email a few weeks before the meeting.
