Prices of compartments

Audiovisual Expo offers exhibitors a wide range of options for stands of different sizes. Prices are determined by stand size, location and any additional services such as electricity and furniture. Choosing the right stand ensures that you are presenting your products and services to the right audience.

Payment terms

The participation fee will be invoiced upon registration or according to the agreed payment schedule. Payment must be made by the due date in order to confirm the booking and secure a place on the stand.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the event organiser. Depending on the time and date of cancellation, a partial or full participation fee may be charged. For more detailed cancellation conditions and possible refunds, please refer to the terms and conditions provided with the registration.

Contract terms

Each exhibitor agrees to the general terms and conditions of the event, which cover liability, insurance, safety and building regulations. These terms and conditions will be sent to you at the time of registration and will form part of the participation contract.
