Building regulations

Use only materials and structures approved by the event organiser. All structures and goods must be ready before the opening of the fair. The stands will be built in the areas indicated by the organiser in accordance with the floor plan. Electricity, internet connections and other technical services will be ordered separately.

Unpacking instructions

Demolition can only start after the fair closes.
All structures, materials and waste must be removed on schedule.
The organiser is not responsible for any goods left on the stands.

Security & Logistics

Everyone working in the area must wear a pass and follow Tampere House’s logistics and safety guidelines. Emergency exits and escape routes must be kept clear at all times, and all construction and demolition must be carried out in accordance with the organiser’s instructions.
