The AV UP project strengthens skills in the audiovisual sector and supports the growth needs of productions by bringing together educators, companies and communities.

The AV UP stems from the Roadmap for the Creative Economy of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and the Growth Pact for the AV sector. We are all in the same boat. A small market and language area does not allow for internal competition. The key to the solution in the audiovisual sector is to work in continuous and coordinated cooperation between working life, educational institutions and communities.

We want

  • improve the flow of information between actors
  • promote employment as a driver of both degree-based education and lifelong learning
  • internationalise skills
  • build a broad-based continuous improvement model for the AV sector.

See you at the seminar/webinar!
